EL4EI is the acronym for E-learning for E-inclusion, a project for excluded people so they can use the Internet to expand their competences and capacities to empower themselves to achieve a better life. Among the several results of the projects, we would like to point out an European charter for digital and social inclusion by means of e-learning, and an international Congress were the possibilities of on-line learning for fighting against exclusion were analysed. here you will find the text of the talks presented in this International Congress in PDF format, the videos of the Congress presentations and the text of the charter in all the official languages of the EU.
