| RATIONALE
All European societies have the problem of excluded disadvantaged
groups e.g. young people who leave compulsory education, low qualified
and unemployed adults, unskilled women, migrants, disabled and other
excluded groups. By involving these groups in the digital literacy,
they will get more possibilities to avoid digital divide and be
included into our society.

AIM
The project E-L4E-I has as its main aim that will compile and link,
evaluate and disseminate experiences and knowledge about e-Learning
favouring digital inclusion.

TARGET
The main target is professionals and experts taking part in processes
of e-learning for disadvantaged people.

GENERAL OBJECTIVES
- To develop national observatories compiling and linking information
about experiences of the use of e-Learning for disadvantaged groups
- To create and encourage an European digital network of observatories
- To promote the participation and intercommunication of professionals
taking part of digital learning processes for disfavoured people
- To develop an "European Charter of e-Learning for Digital
Inclusion"
- To disseminate the Charter all over Europe
MAIN RESULTS
1.- A digital European observatory that will link national observatories
about compiling, evaluation and disseminating 250 e-Learning experiences
to disadvantaged groups.
2.- The active participation of at least 250 experts in each country.
3.- The approval by the mentioned experts of the first "European
Charter of Learning for Digital Inclusion"
4.- The knowledge of the Charter all over Europe.
