E4EI is a EU fundend project, under the E-learning
program, lasting eighteen months and has as its main aim to compile
and link, evaluate and disseminate experiences and knowledge about
e-Learning favouring digital inclusion. All European societies have
the problem of excluded disadvantaged groups e.g. young people who
leave compulsory education, low qualified and unemployed adults,
unskilled women, migrants, disabled and other excluded groups. By
involving these groups in the digital literacy, they will get more
possibilities to avoid digital divide and be included into our society.

These are its main objectives:
- To offer tools to avoid digital divide among the EU citizens
- To promote the participation and intercommunication of professionals,
organisations and collectives taking part of
- To contribute in the development of digital learning processes
for disfavoured people in all the social groups

In which phase is the project now?
The project is already finished, the partners are not working together
in
their results and currently we are developing the dissemination
phase, post
project. We believe that the results obtained are valuable, and
can be very
useful for the e-learning community. We therefore invite you to
browse the
site and to make the most of all the relevant information you may
find. |
